What you need
- 10+ years of experience in designing, executing, and scaling incident readiness or crisis exercise programs in regulated environments
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating HSEEP and other exercise methodologies into readiness programs
- Proven ability to establish relationships with regulatory authorities and public safety agencies
- Technical fluency in operational software and incident management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Operations, Business, or related field

- Experience designing incident response exercises for autonomous vehicle operations
- Experience integrating technical failure modes and disaster recovery protocols into exercises
