What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited University
- 3-5 years of experience in structural design of large multifamily residential, hotel/hospitality, and/or parking
- EIT required and/or Professional Engineer licensure preferred
- Experience in structural design and analysis including concrete, steel, masonry, and lateral systems for seismic performance
- Strong computer, writing, communication, and team skills

- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in the design and construction of parking garages
- Familiarity with post-tensioned and/or precast construction methods
