What you need
- 8-12 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Transformation, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Analytics, Value Management, or Management Consulting within a global technology or SaaS organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in designing KPI frameworks, executive scorecards, OKRs, value realization models, and portfolio governance mechanisms
- Strong understanding of business performance management, transformation governance, executive reporting, benefits realization, and portfolio management
- Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders to influence decisions and drive cross-functional alignment
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent experience in enterprise strategy, business transformation, consulting or strategy and operations management
- Experience implementing enterprise KPI frameworks, OKRs, balanced scorecards, value realization, or portfolio governance models
- Familiarity with Agile portfolio management, digital transformation, AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude), SQL, Power Platform or modern analytics technologies
