About this role
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' functional status and developing individualized treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their daily functions. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, providing therapeutic interventions and educating caregivers. Additionally, you will document patient care, supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and participate in care coordination and communication efforts.

What you need
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
