About this role

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you will evaluate patients' functional status and develop personalized treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact care, document patient progress, and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
