What you need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical or computer engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience in a high-volume consumer electronics system environment
  • Experience with schematic, PCB physical design using Cadence Concept and Allegro or similar CAD tools
  • Lab skills: oscilloscopes, logic and protocol analyzers, electronic loads, etc.
  • Ability to work with firmware codebases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Specific expertise in multiple of the following areas: CPU or GPU microarchitecture, batteries, power management, analog design, audio, wireless, DisplayPort, HDMI, PCIe, Thunderbolt, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, analog sensors, interconnect
  • Statistical data analysis and visualization (ex. JMP) is a plus
