What you need
- Technical education or strong hands-on passion for systems and performance
- 1–2 years of experience in performance and/or load testing or strong practical background in system performance
- Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, limits, and performance risks
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux at an advanced user or system administration level
- Good understanding of system internals: CPU, memory, storage, networking
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking

- Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL), including profiling and performance analysis
- Scripting, test automation, or infrastructure deployment experience
- Understanding of virtualization platforms and large virtual environments
