What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or a related manufacturing environment
- Experience receiving materials against purchase orders and packing documentation
- Experience using an ERP/MRP or warehouse management system
- Ability to identify and resolve receiving and documentation discrepancies
- Ability to communicate effectively with Procurement, Quality, Inventory, Logistics, and Production teams

- 3+ years of receiving or material-control experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience working within an AS9100-certified aerospace organization
- Familiarity with aerospace documentation including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), material certifications, test reports, and traceability records
- Experience supporting Receiving Inspection, Quality, NCR, MRB, or supplier discrepancy processes
- Knowledge of lot, batch, heat, and serial-number traceability requirements
