What you need

Demonstrable hands-on experience working extensively in an enterprise CMS or digital experience platform such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful or similar.
Experience building and maintaining complex web pages using reusable components or modular/design-system-based page structures.
Strong understanding of how modern websites and CMS platforms work, including the relationship between content, components/templates, front-end presentation and development.
Ability to work confidently with web developers and discuss requirements, bugs, component behavior and technical constraints using appropriate terminology.
High attention to detail and a structured approach to content publishing and website governance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between marketing/content requirements and technical implementation.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS.
UX/UI/Graphic designer experience.
Knowledge of Figma/InVision/Zeplin/Adobe photoshop.
Familiarity with web analytics platforms and using data to evaluate or improve content performance.
