What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure, including hands-on app and data flow delivery
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, conversational AI, or enterprise AI solution delivery
  • Strong proficiency developing business applications, including Canvas apps, with working knowledge of model-driven apps and Dataverse-backed design
  • Experience building automation workflows for approvals, integrations, notifications, and business process automation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Teams, SQL, connectors, custom connectors, and API-based integration patterns

Nice to have

  • Experience with deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform pipelines, or ALM Accelerator
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Service Bus, or enterprise middleware
  • Familiarity with AI Builder, prompt design, agent evaluation, analytics, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience building solutions for Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, or other enterprise business platforms
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting patterns used to monitor application adoption, flow performance, agent usage, and operational outcomes
