What you need
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or comparable discipline
- Hands-on experience in EGSE, test systems, or hardware engineering in aerospace, defense, or adjacent high-reliability industries
- Demonstrated experience designing and building harnesses, including crimping, connector inspection, backshell installation, and shielding termination
- Strong proficiency in both mechanical and electrical hardware design
- Rack-level power and data architecture experience
- Systematic troubleshooting methodology across power and data systems
Nice to have
- Aerospace or startup experience
- Experience designing or supporting hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test systems
- Mechanical or Electrical CAD experience (e.g. SolidWorks, Altium)
- PCB design exposure and understanding of layout principles as they relate to signal integrity
- Test software familiarity (e.g. Python, C++)
