About this role
As a Recruiter at Torc, you will manage the full life cycle recruitment process for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate teams, while also supporting internship and co-op hiring programs. What you need
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally including experience recruiting for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline/hourly/shift roles
- Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to build pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers and leaders
- Comfortable managing a diverse requisition load across multiple functions at once
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for hiring events, career fairs, and building partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and community organizations that support hiring pipelines

- Experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g. Finance, People, Legal, Marketing) preferred
- Experience with internship or co-op recruiting programs a plus
- Existing network within operations, fleet, or logistics talent communities a plus
