About this role
The Digital Retention Specialist will support the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team by executing day-to-day email and SMS marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include building, scheduling, launching, and monitoring these campaigns, as well as managing the campaign calendar and coordinating with creative teams for assets and copy.
