What you need

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Arizona license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Current national certification as applicable to PA or NP practice
  • BLS certification required
