What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of progressive systems administration experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration experience
- Hands-on endpoint and server administration experience using Intune across Windows, macOS, and iOS
- Advanced PowerShell automation skills
- Solid command of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs)
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro for endpoint management
- Experience with zero-trust architecture
- Experience in a regulated or high-assurance environment such as nuclear or energy
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53
- Familiarity with automation tools beyond PowerShell
