What you need
- 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience in nuclear, energy, construction, manufacturing, or other regulated operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience building and implementing HSE management systems
- Experience establishing HSE strategy, policies, governance, and performance measures
- Hands-on experience in high-risk industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and incident investigation

- Relevant professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, PMP)
