What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics), or Field Operations
- At least 3+ years in access management roles or direct people management experience
- Strong business acumen and analytic capabilities
- Ability to do field rides for compliance monitoring and meetings
- Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology and payer policies

- Therapeutic expertise in Cardiovascular
- Experience and understanding of Retail & Specialty Pharmacies
- Understanding of Third-Party data sets (Symphony Health, Copay, etc.)
