About this role
As an HVAC Controls Service Technician, you will be responsible for the start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, servicing, and training of DDC Building Automation Systems. Your role involves building customer relationships, analyzing and resolving system issues, and providing technical support. You will also create and modify animated graphics and perform service repairs and adjustments on automation systems.

What you need
- High School Diploma, Military Service and/or Trade School education
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with HVAC Building Automation Systems, specifically with Niagara
- Deep understanding of BACnet protocol, with some Lonworks and Modbus experience
- Good computer skills and familiarity with IP networks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and/or an on-call schedule as needed
Nice to have
- Experience with Niagara AX and N4, Honeywell Webs is a plus
- Ability to travel out-of-town occasionally
