What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive Finance and FP&A experience
- Significant leadership experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated experience with late-stage clinical trial budgeting and forecasting
- Proven track record leading Annual Operating Plan, reforecast, and Long-Range Plan processes
- Experience with FP&A planning systems and ERP/procurement tools
