What you need

  • Strong understanding of facility infrastructure and critical building systems, including HVAC, chilled water, hot water, steam, compressed air, electrical distribution, central utility plants, and building automation systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Nice to have

  • Reliability-focused certifications such as CMRP, CRL, CRE, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting facility operations within regulated environments, including GMP, GxP, biotech, pharmaceutical, or laboratory facilities
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70B electrical maintenance practices, industry standards, and facility reliability best practices
