What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience working with mechanical CAD, BOMs, engineering documentation, CAD data, or related technical information
  • Hands-on experience using CAD software to open, navigate, and review existing mechanical CAD files
  • Understanding of mechanical parts and assemblies, particularly those associated with datacenter systems, racks, or similar hardware
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform methodical, repetitive work accurately and consistently
  • Ability to compare information across files or systems, identify discrepancies, and ask questions or seek clarification when something does not appear correct

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with PTC Creo CAD software
  • Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
  • Experience with BOM validation, CAD data management, CAD libraries, engineering documentation, or CAD review/quality control
  • Experience working with datacenter hardware, racks, mechanical assemblies, or similar complex hardware products
