What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
