What you need
- A secondary education with completed advanced vocational training in photography, videography, multimedia production, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrated experience planning and executing photographic, video, and audio coverage in cooperation with cross-functional communication teams
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in post-production, including photo and video editing, colour correction, audio enhancement, graphics integration, captioning, file formatting, and delivery for multiple platforms
- Proven ability to deliver same-day or next-day multimedia products under compressed timelines, including in dynamic environments with limited on-site support
- Demonstrated experience managing multimedia files and archives
- Demonstrated understanding of communication quality control, including visual identity, branding, copyright, security, release, and publication requirements

- Experience working in military organizations and/or with military audiences
- Experience working in multinational organizations
