About this role
The IT Configuration Management Specialist will be responsible for managing IT configuration, change, service level, asset, and risk management activities at LANDCOM Headquarters in Izmir, Türkiye. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate configuration information, using configuration management tools, approving changes to protect IT assets, performing audits, and producing asset management reports to support decision-making.

What you need
- Strong practical knowledge of IT Configuration Management
- Good understanding of ITIL Change and Configuration Management best practices
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and technologies
- Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.1 or later or similar ITSM platforms
- Good understanding of infrastructure supporting Service Management tools
- Knowledge of database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle

- ITIL Foundation Certification – desirable
