About this role
As a Senior Data Center Operations Technician at SpaceXSI, you will ensure the health of server and network infrastructure across data centers and global points of presence. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing inventory, as well as performing installations and repairs of hardware. You will also document procedures and manage operational tickets, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency improvements.

What you need
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of experience working with server, storage, compute and network hardware
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, and ordering, receiving and shipping server and network equipment
Nice to have
- Strong Linux skills including navigating directories, manipulating files, user permission configuration, package installation, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience being on-call and responding to critical events
- Experience leading Data Center Infrastructure projects
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Oracle Experience
