What you need
- Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/test environment OR 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/test environment in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with safety-critical systems, mechanical assemblies, automated equipment, and multi-axis heavy equipment
- 3+ years of formal team leadership experience

- 3+ years managing production teams in a semiconductor back-end cleanroom environment
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S/6S, Six Sigma (DMAIC), SPC, FMEA, and Theory of Constraints (TOC)
- Experience with flight-quality or high-reliability hardware in a fast-paced production setting
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (ASQ preferred)
