About this role
As a Registered Counsellor at Sonder, you will provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to members through online sessions, delivering six sessions per day. What you need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Counselling from Australia or New Zealand
- Valid registration with a professional body such as PACFA- Clinical, ACA - Level 3 or above
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in 1-2-1 therapy sessions with adults
- Demonstrated experience in evidence-based counselling
- Minimum of 400 hours of documented counselling instruction and 140 hours of delivered therapy
- Completion of a minimum of 40 hours of recorded therapy during course placement
