  • Stellar written and verbal communication, and a keen attention to detail

  • Experience with Convoke’s suite of products, ideally Convoke Origin, Pulse and CRM
  • Knowledge of litigation scoring models and the variables that inform their performance
  • Experience executing post judgement remedies (liens, garnishments, dormant judgement sales etc.)
  • Expertise with data management, dashboard development and statistical analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate data metrics and insights to key stakeholders and leadership
