What you need
- 5 years minimum litigation paralegal experience, preferably managing a caseload of defaulted consumer loans at a FinTech or large bank, or at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Bachelor's degree with ABA paralegal certification or Associates/Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies
- Significant experience on a litigation case management platform similar to Legal Tracker, CounselLink, or a relational database used to manage litigation caseload
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Stellar written and verbal communication, and a keen attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with Convoke’s suite of products, ideally Convoke Origin, Pulse and CRM
- Knowledge of litigation scoring models and the variables that inform their performance
- Experience executing post judgement remedies (liens, garnishments, dormant judgement sales etc.)
- Expertise with data management, dashboard development and statistical analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate data metrics and insights to key stakeholders and leadership
