  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling clinical or client-facing teams
  • Experience developing organizational strategy, operational processes, and cross-functional programs in a high-growth healthcare technology environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging client feedback, operational metrics, and healthcare data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences, leading educational webinars, or serving as a recognized clinical thought leader
