What you need
- Degree in Education, Adult Education, Psychology, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in adult education
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and creating training and learning materials
- Very good didactic and conceptual skills as well as knowledge of modern learning methods and instructional design approaches
- Experience with digital learning formats, LMS systems, and common authoring tools
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
