What you need
- 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Experience as an NCO, Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer
- Military experience in logistics, transportation, supply, maintenance, aviation support, engineering, or operations
- Degree or coursework in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
