What you need
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Licensed pharmacist in Washington
- Completion of a PGY2 Oncology Residency OR PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency with at least 3 years of clinical oncology pharmacist experience OR at least 3 years of clinical pharmacist experience in oncology including 1 year under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA)
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
