What you need
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- CA State Licensed as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Two years of counseling experience
- Experience providing services to individuals with substance use issues
- Knowledge of the DSM-V and ability to diagnose
- Experience with electronic medical records (preferably CBHS and EPIC)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Welligent EHR
- Experience in low threshold walk-in centers or community mental health settings

- Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000
- Combined PTO/Sick Time Off of 24 days for the first two years, 29 days after
- 403(b) retirement plan with 1 to 1 match up to 3% of salary
