What you need
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field with 10+ years experience or Master's degree with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years
- Familiarity with DRAM memory design, architecture, or system architecture
- Background in Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI) and timing measurements
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, fab processes, and advanced package technology
- Familiarity with system-level operation including RAS, Memory Controller, and memory PHY
- Solid experience in supporting DRAM memory products
