What you need
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience, or Masters degree with 13+ years of experience, or PhD with 10+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge and experience in Thermal Engineering
- Expertise in FloTHERM and familiarity with other CFD tools
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Proven self-discipline and professional maturity to execute independent research and meet rigorous milestones
Nice to have
- Fundamental understanding of IC chip/package architectures and thermal design constraints
- Working experience in SiP (System in Package) thermal analysis
- PhD degree in Thermal Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of direct industry experience
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications
