What you need
- Bachelor's with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's with 13+ years or PhD with 10+ years in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field
- Proven functional knowledge or minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Foundry business including device reliability, interconnect reliability, design for reliability or product reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills and ability in structured problem-solving
- Experience in driving multi-functional groups in achieving goals and KPI
