What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or Environmental Sciences
- Five years of experience in master planning and site design for single and multi-family developments
- Experience with grading and drainage design, water, sewer, and utility coordination, topographic analysis, and stormwater management
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or Adobe Photoshop
- Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) License
