What you need
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud or infrastructure engineering experience
- Substantial experience in reliability and production operations at scale
- Experience defining SLIs and SLOs for production services
- Hands-on experience with an observability platform in production, preferably Datadog
- Proficiency in writing code (Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar) for tooling and automation
- Experience with production Terraform and AWS

- Experience building internal tooling, libraries, or instrumentation standards
- Experience running game days, chaos experiments, or disaster recovery exercises
