What you need
- 4+ years of experience in TV media buying at a high growth consumer company, startup, or agency
- Hands-on experience across Linear and/or Streaming/CTV
- Strong analytical foundation with fluency in core growth and efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV to CAC
- Ability to turn data and experiment results into clear recommendations and action
- Experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners or agencies
- A holistic view of the marketing funnel and understanding of the role each channel plays
