About this role
As a Data Engineering Intern at Rocket Lab, you will join the Operational Data team and engage in developing and maintaining tools that extract value from operational data. Your responsibilities will include building data pipelines, supporting data analysis, and collaborating with engineers across various departments. You will also participate in team activities, contribute to code reviews, and demonstrate your work to stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in aerospace technology projects.

What you need
- Studying towards (or recently completed) a tertiary diploma, certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, or equivalent level of knowledge
- Experience with Python development - professional, coursework or personal projects all count
- Experience with Git
