About this role
In this role, you will act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, overseeing the entire automation project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. You will manage client relationships, facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget using Agile methodologies. What you need
- 5+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT or automation contexts
- Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism
- Demonstrated experience delivering RPA, Intelligent Automation, or Test Automation projects end-to-end
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, including expectation setting and escalation handling
- Solid experience with process modelling standards: UML/BPMN, PDD, SDD, TDD documentation
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) and PSA platforms (e.g., Kantata, FinancialForce)
Nice to have
- UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBA) or equivalent UiPath certification
- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other project management certification
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, IDP, or Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
- Experience with onsite–offshore coordination models
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP) is a plus
