About this role
As the Crypto Risk Lead at Robinhood, you will be responsible for establishing and managing an independent risk management program for the Canadian crypto business. What you need
- 7+ years of experience in risk management within financial services, crypto or fintech operations, or a comparably regulated industry
- Working knowledge of the Canadian financial services regulatory environment, with direct experience with CIRO, the CSA, or crypto specific regulatory frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing risk governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, including RCSAs, key risk indicator development, and issue management
- Demonstrated experience preparing materials for and presenting to boards, risk committees, or senior executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance risk monitoring, analysis, and reporting
