What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Operations, Manufacturing Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated knowledge of production operations
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, GMP, Food Safety, Quality Systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools

- Experience within the food manufacturing industry
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or 5S experience
- Experience with workforce planning, labor management, and performance coaching
