What you need

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in applied sciences, engineering, construction management, environmental science, business, or a related field.
Ten or more years of progressive experience in complex, project-based delivery.
Five or more years of P&L responsibility and team leadership, including experience leading through managers or front-line leaders.
Portfolio-scale oversight of complex, multi-year projects involving significant schedule, cost, contractual, subcontractor, and execution risk.
Demonstrated success building leadership capability, strengthening accountability, improving team effectiveness, and retaining talent.
Strong financial and operating judgment, including the ability to manage revenue, gross profit, cash, EBITDA, project margins, capacity, and forecasts.

Nice to have

An advanced degree or relevant industry credential such as PMP, PE, PG, Professional Wetland Scientist, or Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner.
Experience leading a multi-state, multi-office, multi-project-site, or similarly dispersed operation.
Experience in mitigation or conservation banking, large-scale ecological restoration, design-build delivery, environmental construction, or long-term stewardship obligations.
Working knowledge of environmental restoration and mitigation and the California and federal regulatory frameworks that affect project feasibility and delivery across the West.
