The Training Content & Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer training content to enhance learning experiences. What you need
- Experience creating, developing, and maintaining customer-facing learning content or educational resources.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.
- Confidence using AI-enabled tools, digital technologies, or automation solutions to improve content creation and learning experiences.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning design, enablement, training delivery, or related disciplines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience working within education, technology, software, or customer enablement environments.
- Experience using data, analytics, customer feedback, or learning metrics to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.
- Experience building positive working relationships with stakeholders across teams.
- Knowledge of Renaissance products and solutions would be highly beneficial.
