In this role, you will lead the analytical method development and validation for small molecule new chemical entities (NCEs) from early development through commercial readiness. What you need
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience (or MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years) in small molecule pharmaceutical analytical development
- Demonstrated expertise leading analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and quality control programs
- Deep, hands-on analytical knowledge and technical authority in small molecule analytical methods for drug substance and solid-state characterization
- Strong working expertise across analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC, KF titration, XRPD, ICP-MS, UV, and solid-state characterization techniques
- Confident communicator and cross-functional influencer
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
