What you need
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Expert proficiency with precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages)
- Ability to collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Clear and effective communicator
- Hands-on experience with MRB processes, including identification and documentation of non-conforming hardware

- Highly organized and capable of structuring ambiguous environments
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
