What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or a related technical field)
- 8+ years of experience in Build Reliability, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of direct people management experience in a high-reliability industry
- Hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong working knowledge of quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) and core quality tools
