What you need
- 10+ years of construction EHS experience
- 5+ years of managing or supervising EHS professionals
- Associate’s degree in construction safety management or related field, or CHST certification and relevant experience
- OSHA 30 certification obtained within the last 5 years
- Strong knowledge of construction site equipment, methods, and processes
- Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements (Federal and State OSHA, EPA)
Nice to have
- Experience in utility-scale solar or battery energy storage construction EHS
- Ability to interface with Senior Executive teams at customer/client sites
- Demonstrated ability to manage activities through subordinate supervisors
