What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, business, or similar field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading/coaching Lean methodologies
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and employees
Nice to have
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience within a core engineering environment and proven understanding of the Toyota Production System
- Six Sigma experience in data analysis, process control, Pareto, scatter diagrams, FMEA, control charts
